Originally from Palm Beach Gardens, Jake shares a love for this area and wants to see it develop more every year. Jake believes honesty, integrity and togetherness are the foundations of any transaction. Having a demonstrated history in property management Jake knows how important it is to create that connection and to keep it throughout the entire process. He has leased out communities and buildings downtown through lease ups, renovations and takeovers with luxury. He is excited to transition his skills from property management to real estate in the Palm Beach area.

He is communicative and detailed in all of his daily activities all while giving his clients exceptional service. When you don't see Jake downtown you can find him on the tennis court, running on the beach or enjoying a nice burger with his dog Sophie.
