As a 40-year plus resident of the Central Coast, James cares about building relationships, creating lifelong bonds, and going above and beyond for his clients.
After graduating from St. Mary’s College of California with a degree in communications, James’ career path led him to golf. He turned professional in 1993, working in Pebble Beach, California, and playing mini tours across the country. Locally, James worked for over 20 years at Cypress Ridge Golf Course in Arroyo Grande where he was the Head Golf Professional and Tournament Director. James currently holds the distinction of PGA Life-Member.
Now in the real estate industry, James relies on the same hard work and values that made him successful working at and managing golf courses across California. James prides himself in providing quality customer service, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence to all of his clients.
