About James
"You should always be as good as your word". My grandfather gave me that piece of advice when I was a young boy, and it's a lesson that I’ve kept close to my heart. Honesty, integrity, and putting my client’s interest first are core values in my business.
I started my first job at the age of twelve, working on the neighbor’s farm in my small town in Tennessee. From rounding up the cows, to clearing rocks from hay fields, to stacking bales of hay when it came time to harvest, it was all very, very, hard work. My outstanding work ethic is something that served me well in my very first job on the farm, in my previous career as an Operations Producer for TV, and in my work as a Realtor since 2014.
As your Realtor, my job is to make the home buying and selling process as easy, low-stress, and profitable as possible. Whether you are a first time buyer with lots of questions about the home buying process, or you’ve owned for years and are looking to downsize, or anywhere in between, I’m here to help.
In my time off, I enjoy watching films, taking walks with my wife and young son at the Arboretum and The Huntington, and hiking all the beautiful trails L.A. county has to offer.
