Middle Tennessee, Tenant and Buyer representation – office, retail, industrial, multifamily and special use, Investment groups – multifamily & office, Financial analysis/Due Diligence, Strategy & Advisory
Jana worked as a commercial and residential trainee for three years before changing to commercial real estate sales. She has nearly 3000 hours of appraising industrial, multi-family, retail, office, residential and special use properties. As an appraiser, she was painfully aware that commercial real estate appraisals do not consider goodwill, market share and brand reputation, some of the main reasons people buy properties, in addition to cash flow and traffic counts.
She also has 17 years of business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing experience, is an expert in social media marketing, and knows how to use technology to market your property.
Jana has an extensive background in dealing with municipal and county zoning regulations in the Middle Tennessee Area. She has worked on many governmental committees, including the Nolensville Economic Development Committee, and knows how government works. She is a long-time member of the Nolensville Trees and Trails Committee. The committee analyzes and evaluates the plans submitted to the planning commission to create recommendations for making Nolensville trail connected and green space preservation.
Her burning desire is to help commercial real estate buyers and sellers, landlords, and tenants connect and to help those transactions to be successful.
Her hobbies are helping people find jobs, learning about new technology, volunteering in the community—such as Boy Scouts—and anything to do with art and graphic design.
