Janice brings over 37 years of experience in New York City real estate, many of them spent as a director of sales at a prominent firm. She has sold over 400 co-ops and condos in all areas of Manhattan. Over the years, Janice has been an advisor, friend, and mentor to hundreds of buyers, sellers, and sales agents. She has spent 18 years serving on building boards. Janice brings her extensive knowledge and experience to every transaction she works on. Janice manages to pursue her passions outside of real estate, and you can often find her singing in a cabaret, taking piano lessons, or acting in a play or occasional movie. While she isn't exactly famous, her laugh is. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Janice lived in the Midwest and Boston before moving to New York. Janice lives in Manhattan and Westhampton with her husband and their three cats.
