"Jason has been fantastic to work with on the short sale of our home. In a stress-filled process, he has taken the stress out of it! "Jason Kjellesvik is a very impressive young man. He basically met me once when I was back in Washington visiting and showed me a location or two. We had a very long conversation as to what I needed, could afford and what I wanted. I had been working in Sioux Falls South Dakota and was in town for 1 week. I would return in a year to live again in Washington. Jason found the perfect place for me with plenty of room for gardens and flowers. He had to work extra hard as the duplex was not on the "for sale listing. He assisted my daughter with inspections and kept track of the painting, carpeting and vinyl work men to be sure it would be ready for my daughter and family to move into their side.
