"If you want an agent that listens to all your wants and needs and is always there for you like family, then I would highly recommend Jenn to anyone. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and very responsive. My husband and I are new to the area. I am retired Army, and my husband will retire in another year. I had to move to the area for a new job opportunity, but my husband would remain down south until he retired. We decided to go with new construction and Jenn was there for us through every step of the process. Jenn was a huge help when we signed our contract and selected upgrades for the new house. She advised us on what upgrades would be better done by the builder or what we could get done for cheaper later on. Jenn was with me for all my major appointments and was a huge help in helping me make decisions during our designer meeting. Due to COVID, I spent 4 months out of town during the construction of our house. Jenn would check on the house and send us pictures and videos of the progress. If I had any issues, I could always turn to Jenn and she would address those concerns with the builder imtely. She also worked with our mortgage company and ended up doing work our lender should have been doing.
