"Jennifer was hands down the most knowledgeable realtor I have ever worked with. She is extremely thorough, kind, and hardworking. She truly wants the best for her clients and is passionate about the area. I could not recommend her higher to anyone looking for a broker!!" - Ann
"We found Jennifer Heitel through a StreetEasy listing and never went back to StreetEasy again! Jennifer was incredible at helping us figure out exactly what we were looking for, always on time to meet us, and very patient and understanding of our needs. She showed us a ton of good apartments, made sure to always stay within our budget, and discussed the merits of each option along the way. She also was crucial in the application process when we found a place, helped us get approved quickly, and then came to the apartment before and after the lease signing to make sure everything was as expected. I would recommend using Jennifer to any of my friends looking to move!" - Leah
"Jen was wonderful. She was professional and fun, and a pleasure to be around. This apartment hunt was a stressful one for me, and I was so grateful to have Jen there to help me through the process and make it not just enjoyable - but fun! And easy! I am so happy with my new home and incredibly grateful to Jen. Thanks so much, Jen! It was a blast working with you and will absolutely be recommending you to anyone I know that's looking for a new home." - Liz
"Jennifer is part therapist, part realtor. In addition to being a wonderful person to talk to, she's also quite good at working with you to understand what you liked about a certain apartment and helping you talk through what you've seen. She's also a great conversationalist, which becomes handy when you're walking between locales. Although I ended up with not signing an apartment through Jennifer (went through a unit made available through work), I felt that she was indeed my advocate and aid through the tough NYC market. I would absolutely work with Jennifer again and have ZERO hesitations recommending her to you." - Anthony
"Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to work with. As an incoming graduate student at Columbia, I found Jennifer on the Columbia off-campus housing portal (OCHA) and was pleased to learn that she was a Columbia alumni and knew all the ins and outs of living off-campus as a student. We spent two days checking out several properties in the Hamilton Heights neighborhood (which is awesome btw) and Jennifer took the time to point awesome restaurants and up-and-coming bars in the area, and answer all my questions about living in Manhattan as a transplant from San Francisco. I felt that Jennifer was a sincere advocate on my by behalf throughout the entire process and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a broker." - Eugene
