Jennifer Portnoy

Jennifer Portnoy grew up in the real estate business in Marina del Rey. When she finished college in 1996, she returned home, got her real estate license and has been selling real estate there ever since.

When it comes to Marina del Rey, nobody knows the community better than Jennifer. She consistently sells more properties on the Marina Peninsula than any other agent, team or brokerage year after year. Throughout her 24-year real estate career, Jennifer has sold more than 250 properties on the Marina del Rey Peninsula, many homes on the Silver Strand and properties in the surrounding Westside communities.

Growing up in the neighborhood and living close by, in combination with actively working the area, Jennifer Portnoy has her finger on the pulse of the market at all times. She truly knows the Marina area like the back of her hand, including its businesses, traffic patterns, homes and new developments. She has been inside every condo and apartment building and countless homes, as well.
