About Jennifer
Jennifer moved to the East coast from the wilds of Wisconsin when she was a slip of a girl, threw her hat in the air under the Washington Square arch and by 1994 had made her way to Montclair. An artist, filmmaker and former ad producer (clients included Chanel, Revlon and Estee Lauder) she chose to shift her business focus to real estate in 2002 and never looked back.

She is a fearless negotiator and will be your best advocate.

Securing the best outcome for her clients, whether they be first-time buyers, home owners transitioning between two properties or heirs seeking to net the best result when selling a family home, is Jennifer's top priority. She is a firm believer in a business-for-good model to underpin all her actions, and her many repeat customers speak volumes when it comes to the results she's produced and the trust her clients place in her.

A veteran of great markets and more challenging times, she knows that keeping a close eye on all the steps involved in her clients’ transactions is essential to make sure they achieve their goals.

As an active supporter of the arts, Jennifer serves on the Art Committee for the Montclair Art Museum, co-chairs their Friends of Native American Art Forum and serves on the screening committee yearly for the Montclair Film Festival. She loves nothing more than sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm for all things “Montclair” with urban transplants as well as the “how to” of making that transition work best. After living in the Village, then in downtown Jersey City before landing here in 1994, Jennifer truly appreciates both close proximity to the city and the benefits of the urban/suburban environment Montclair offers. Her husband Kit, a chef at the Four Seasons Hotel in New York, commutes 5 times a week, so she is well versed on all the transportation options, pros and cons.

And, if you have ever considered owning investment/vacation property from a host perspective, Jennifer is an AirBNB Superhost and can offer you the experience and insights gleaned over her past 9 years managing a 130 year old, restored adobe casita in Santa Fe, NM as a profitable vacation rental.
