Jermaine, who friends and family affectionately call Jay, moved to NYC in 2008 from a small town in upstate New York. While he immediately fell in love with the city's diverse culture and endless opportunities on offer, Jay did not enjoy the apartment hunting experience so he set out to change it. Jay began his real estate career working with small developers and private owners helping construct marketing campaigns to sell and lease residential properties. In 2016, Jay used his innate sense of empathy, transparency, and multi-dimensional way of thinking to successfully lease over 38 percent of vacancies for a private developer with a portfolio of over 30 buildings throughout Manhattan. Jay uses his professional expertise and genuine outgoing personality to educate clients from all walks and backgrounds to help them find their perfect space without the stresses associated with the typical New York City real estate transaction.
At home, Jay is a devoted husband and new father to his newborn daughter. He also enjoys drinking wine, holding weekly think tanks with friends, and playing in multiple sports leagues to stay sharp.
