Working with Jessica was an absolute dream. We were looking for a new family home in the Moorpark/Thousand Oaks area, and Jessica and her team helped us every step of the way in finding it. She helped us list our house, narrow down the local market, find our dream home, and close the deal. She was very dialed in to our needs, friendly, attentive, and a strong advocate for us with the seller. We always felt like we were their number one priority, and they were always available for our (many!) questions.
We can't recommend Jessica and her team enough to anyone looking for a partner and advocate - they bring so much skill and expertise to the table, and everyone was so personable and helpful. Though we love our dream home, we'd definitely work with her again if the need ever came up!

Cynthia and Jessica were simply incredible, and we could not be happier having them as our agents and advisors throughout our home purchase journey. We had only heard horror stories about purchasing a home in Los Angeles. So when it came time for our family to take the leap on our first home we walked in the door with trepidation. Thankfully, we found Cynthia and Jessica.
The home buying process is long and arduous. We searched for the better part of 8 months. The beauty with having two real estate agents on your side is that you have two real estate agents on your side. Two is almost always better than one. If a scheduling conflict arose with one, the other was able to make it though often both were present at each showing to offer their separate opinions and solutions. We never felt like we missed out on an opportunity which helped us sleep better at night.
Not to offend Cynthia but she’s been at this a long time. Experience matters in real estate. She’s seen every type of nonsense that occurs with these types of transactions and knew how to deal with it when it arose. Trust me, you will encounter every bit of nonsense along the way. And to be honest, I’m not sure how they put up with some of it. We had a second child in the middle of it all.
Jessica has a young family as well so she pointed us in the direction of quality daycare, doctors, dentists and every other necessity in regards to children. A huge hurdle when moving to a new part of town.
When it came time to close on our new home in West Hills they gave us fantastic mortgage and insurance referrals. Experienced people who were professional and explained every step of the process. As well as referrals for each type of project we needed done. Contractors who did a wonderful job. Cynthia and Jessica ultimately changed our perception of the home buying process here in Los Angeles because they made sure we found the right home for our family.
