About Jim
After making computer chips for 25 years, Jim and his wife moved to the Big Island of Hawaii to
start a new life. They have been living in the islands since 2001 and have had their own business
since 2004. Jim's business philosophy is to provide his clients with all the information available in
order for them to make a wise real estate decision and give all of his clients the best and most
responsive service available. It’s easy to sell something you believe in and believing in Hawaii,
where he lives, is easy.
Since moving here, Jim fell in love with outrigger canoe paddling and Jim's wife plays softball all year long. In the winter, when the surf is up, Jim will be out catching waves in a 4 or 6-man canoe.
In 2019, Jim and his wife sold their brokerage of almost 100 properties, both vacation rental and long-term rental properties. Their philosophy was always to treat those properties as if they were their own. Those properties are a valuable investment for their clients and need to be taken care of to keep that value up.
It's now time for Jim to focus on what he enjoys the most in Real Estate and that is helping Sellers and Buyers with their property sales and purchases.
In Jim's previous life, he had a goal to always be the type of manager he would want to work for. In this new life in Hawaii, Jim strives to be the type of Realtor he would want working for himself.
