"Jim Crowe helped my wife and I sell a townhouse in Alexandria and we were very pleased with the excellent service he provided. We previously lived in the property but had outgrown it. When we were unable to sell the property several years ago, we decided to rent it out. While the property was appreciating with each passing year, we were losing money each month on rent and HOA fees. We had work we wanted to do at our new house, but the expense of maintaining the rental property made it difficult. Selling the townhouse would allow us to finally upgrade our home. But once the renters were out and the property was on the market, we wanted it to sell fast to minimize our out-of-pocket expenses while the house was empty and we weren’t earning rent. Welcome to my website!  I am James Crowe, and I have been a full-time real estate agent since November of 2003. Though born in Massachusetts, I came to the DC area to attend the University of Maryland in 1991 and haven’t looked back (except that one cold winter outside Boston, but that is another story). With years of experience working in the Metro DC area, I have done it all and worked with all types of clients, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned multi-unit investors, from owners of multi-million dollar estates to buyers of one-bedroom condos.
