Joe DeChellis is real estate professional with over 32 years of experience. He has represented both buyers and sellers of residential and investment property in San Francisco. Prior to his career in real estate, he worked for 10 years with a management and marketing consultant - including several years at a promotion company. Originally from Boston, Joe graduated from Harvard College with a degree in classics, followed by a graduate degree from the University of Oregon. His passion for marketing and sales began in college. It was here he discovered his interests in writing, history, psychology, and athletics. Each of these disciplines helped him hone his skills of interactive and successful negotiating on behalf of his clients. His reputation for honesty, candor, and fair play places him in high standing among his peers. His style is direct, flexible, and professional to suit the best interests of his clients. As an adjunct to his real estate career, Joe is a playwright and published poet.
