He regularly completes market analysis on existing apartment buildings to determine their future viability as TIC projects. He is an expert in the process for obtaining the Final Public Report for subdividing five-unit buildings into TICs, and can instructively advise the client so that project streamlines through the bureaucratic governmental processes.
