During his 20 years as a licensed real estate agent and broker, he has participated in more than 800 transactions, representing over $1B in sales of multiunit, single-family, commercial, new construction, condominium, and tenancy-in-common (TIC) projects and has consistently been a top producer - currently in the top 1`% of agents in SF. He is a subject matter expert on TIC’s, as well as being #1 in TIC sales for the city for years 2005-2010 and 2012-present. A recognized pioneer in innovative marketing techniques, John has capitalized on his technology and sales background in order to lead the market with innovative e-strategies, creative Internet marketing techniques, and networking through his wide expanse of contacts in the local real estate community. Regarding condo-conversion and TIC subdivisions, John has personally converted multiple apartment buildings into condominiums and is a respected resource for the ever-evolving regulations specific to San Francisco and California on subdivision law. He regularly completes market analysis on existing apartment buildings to determine their future viability as TIC projects. He is an expert in the process for obtaining the Final Public Report for subdividing five-unit buildings into TICs, and can instructively advise the client so that project streamlines through the bureaucratic governmental processes. His thorough network of lawyers, budget-preparation resources, surveyors, and contractors ensures that the client is working with the best in the city.
