Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, I was always enchanted by the vibrant Victorian houses growing up. Having previously studied two years in architecture at UC Berkeley before graduating with a BS in International Business from SF State University; I quickly caught on to trends of “designing and building smart”. It is this concept that fuels my interest in refurbishing and remodeling older homes for the last 15 years for private investors and myself as a homeowner. As a homeowner, my belief is that your home is your sanctuary, and it should be matched to fit you and your family’s needs. Whether you’re buying your first home or seeking that dream retirement residence, the experience should be nothing less than flawless. I believe that communication, genuine customer care and especially attention to details are the keys to navigating each client(s). I am fluent in English and can service in both Cantonese and Mandarin.
Outside of real estate, I am an immigrant, I am a wife, a mother to a son and a daughter to my parents. My family and I moved to Alameda in 2009 from San Francisco because we wanted to raise our family in a place where you can experience a unique flare of architecture, culture and diversity without leaving the Bay Area. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, hanging out with my family and friends, eating (total foodie), watching Kdrama (Korean Drama), and attending my son’s Kung Fu and swim classes.
