"Jordan assisted with my apartment search for an UES rental and I highly recommend his services. NYC apartment hunting is an awful process but having realtors like Jordan is really refreshing and makes a stressful time much more manageable. I began my apt search early and Jordan was the only broker who did not pressure me to call back 30days in advance for an apt. Jordan contacted me in early February (for May 15th move-in) and noted all my expectations. From that Feb he began sending me listings to browse to get an idea of my interests, he kept in contact without prompts and always followed up. A few weeks later he took my boyfriend and I out for apartment showings, both together and separate. He was always responsive to our needs and not once made us feel pressured. He is very easy to talk to and working with him was like working with a friend, someone you can trust. I highly recommend his services especially in a field that can sometimes feel very impersonal and unscrupulous." - Asha
"Jordan was great to work with. I had a lot of requests in terms of what I was looking for in an apartment, but he was never discouraged or intimidated from trying to find me a place that had everything I asked for, no matter how challenging. I would definitely work with him again."
