About Joshua
Joshua Kaufman, a Miami local, grew up immersed in the construction and real estate industry, as it was a focus of his family's interest for over ninety years. He has been involved in an array of transactions ranging from: single family homes, condos, multifamily, and a variety of other commercial properties --with a high specialization in land sales. His clients range from first time home buyers to investors and developers, on both a local and national level. His deep rooted relationships with builders and developers has made him the “go-to” realtor for sourcing land opportunities.

From an early age, he gained practical hands on experience beginning as a field carpenter and eventually onto project management. This training path allows him to properly navigate his clients through the nuances of the purchase as building issues will undoubtedly arise, helping them save substantial money during the process.

As an avid bowler, his passion for the sport led him to establish a bowling management company which has operated several bowling centers throughout Florida. This drive pushed him to enter the Miami Herald Business Plan Challenge, of which he was awarded the People’s Pick, one of the top awards.

Joshua attended Florida International University where he obtained a dual degree of Bachelors of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance as well as a minor degree in Construction Management.
