Judy Marrocco brings over twenty years of experience as a consultant in San Francisco creating successful projects. She has worked with a wide network of
architects, contractors and homeowners to implement design concepts in the completion of residential properties. In development projects Judy applies a
commanding knowledge, crafting environments from inception to marketing.

A graduate of UC Davis and an MBA in construction management from Golden Gate University, Judy’s career arc has led from the aerospace industry to real estate
development and sales. Her experience as a contractor and small business owner in the City lend a unique perspective. Her experience covers the breadth of
construction and sales experience necessary to be an effective representative.

A member of the USF Masters swim team, Judy also enjoys world adventure traveling with her husband and son.

In January 2014 Judy participated in a Rotary service mission to Buena Esperenza, Guatemala to help build a Bottle School with the organization Hug It Forward.
Sponsorship Chair with Glen Park Festival, helping to plan the annual Glen Park Festival which takes place in the Glen Park Village each spring. It is a wonderful event for our community and all proceeds go to grants for the local schools in the neighborhood.

My experience with Judy has been truly transformative and amazing! I first met with Judy as a single male looking for a cheap little place to enter the housing market. Judy
is fantastic! Judy sold our home in November 2018 for well
above the asking price. Not only did the house sell in 1 day (yes, that
is a one!), we received an offer we couldn’t refuse 20% above the asking price.
This wasn’t luck; it was due to Judy’s hard work that we were able to sell it
so quickly at a great price.
We
decided to put the house on the market in mid September with the intent to sell
it before Thanksgiving because we felt there would be a slowdown in the market
after this. Immediately, Judy got to work and we had a lot of work
to do – clean out the house, put in a completely new kitchen (down to the
studs), update the bathroom, resurface all the hard wood floors, paint the inside
and outside, replant the garden, change all the fixtures and stage the
house. Judy helped us hire all the contractors (including a general
contractor, electrician and plumber, stager), secure all city permits and
inspections, shop for everything, and supervise the whole project. All of
this was completed in just a few weeks!
We
worked together right down to the wire when the house was going to be
shown. Not only did she have great knowledge and experience in order to
accomplish this, she held my hand and calmed me down during this very stressful
period. I knew I was in the hands of an experienced professional who
would make this happen. The house turned out to be beautiful!
The
results were extraordinary. We put the house on the market on a Wednesday
night, and by Thursday we had an offer that exceeded our expectations. We
closed with a well-qualified buyer in about 4 weeks!
Without
any reservation I highly recommend Judy. She is a very hard worker, has
great knowledge of the market, knows how to maximize the price, managed the
whole process herself (no junior associates) and delivered well above our
