Kadra Omar

Kadra considers every day a blessing.  Her compassion, joy, and energy make her an honest, trustworthy partner for people on the path to a new home, a new life chapter, and a new beginning…

Kadra was raised in East Africa and attended the Lycee Francais before being recruited by John Casablancas at Elite and moving to Paris to pursue a career in modeling.  

Over the ensuing years, she has lived on 3 continents and traveled the world in front of and behind the camera, developing a passion for people, places, and cultures and helping people reach their potential.  

Team effort is key to her world view and she is happiest when bringing together people with the expertise needed to achieve their goals. 

Kadra understands the importance of team building for success from first-hand experience.  She has renovated and decorated 3 homes in NYC and manages 2 as investment multifamily rentals. 

Along the way, she has worked with architects, contractors, lawyers, movers, cleaning staff, and Vendors of all descriptions. 

In short, she knows how to pick up the phone and get answers and results.
