Our experience was great! First, she was always available by phone, text, email, and zoom to answer questions and offer advice. This was very helpful, as we had recently moved from Texas to Washington State and didn't know a lot about the area. Kaley is very familiar with Seattle /Tacoma and surrounding areas, so a prospective homebuyer is getting more than just a great realtor, you are getting a resource. Secondly, she had great follow-through and checked in with us throughout the process.
