Kammi graduated from the College of Charleston in 1997 with a degree in Sociology. She immediately started working as a recruiter for FirstUnion/Wachovia. After several years of working in the banking industry, she transitioned into the real estate industry in 2002. She enjoys building relationships with her clients, based on trust, respect, and mutual understanding. She approaches every transaction with the utmost care, making her number one priority client satisfaction. She prides herself on being highly responsive and a skilled negotiator for her clients, always striving for the best deal possible. She has experience helping clients buy and sell real estate in all of the main neighborhoods throughout Charlotte as well as Huntersville and South Charlotte areas including Weddington and Waxhaw.
Kammi has lived in some of Charlotte’s most sought-after neighborhoods including Chantilly, Southpark, and Myers Park. She now resides in the Providence Park subdivision in Cotswold. She is proud to be able to raise her two daughters in the exact house she grew up in.
In Kammi's free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, photography and is an artist at a local interior decorating the venue, Slate Interiors.
