A Silverthorne resident, Karen specializes in luxury mountain properties: ski-in/ski-out homes, second homes, new construction, ranch properties, and short-term rental investments. She doesn't just sell investment properties — she owns and operates three short-term rentals herself, two in Breckenridge and one in Silverthorne's Summit Sky Ranch, giving clients firsthand insight into what actually performs.
