A lifelong resident of Villanova and Radnor Township, she serves buyers, sellers, developers, and builders across Philadelphia’s Main Line, leveraging her deep local knowledge and strong connections.

Karen’s extensive background includes a master’s degree in psychology from Hahnemann University and over a decade in sales and management of large-scale information technology projects, achieving #1 national sales status at The Judge Group (working with companies like PECO and Comcast).

Her track record includes selling the two highest-priced resale properties in Radnor Township in the past 10 years and the most vacant land in Villanova. She was entrusted by the trustees of Ardrossan to list undeveloped parcels and has been involved in numerous high-profile sales in the community, including the original Gatehouse twins and the first resale at 4 Ayrshire Drive. Most recently, she was selected as the exclusive listing agent for Pohlig Custom Builders’ luxury 17-home development, Stoney Knoll, in Berwyn.
