"We would never have found our dream home in Tahoe without Kari. She understood what we wanted and brought us to see the perfect house before it was even listed. We were the winning bidders out of seven offers! She’s smart, fast, responsive and made the home buying process fun. I recommend her whenever I can." - Stacey
"Kari was a wonderful realtor® for us in our search for a Donner Lake cabin. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, patient, and fun. She found us a great place and was able to help us through negotiations in an effective and timely fashion. The purchase and transition went smoothly, and we are enjoying our cabin whenever we can. Kari is an avid outdoor person, very connected with the community. We enjoyed our journey with Kari in attaining our dream of owning a cabin in West Donner Lake." - Dan & Jan
"As an 18 year resident in Truckee our family of four knows just how hard it can be to move around in this market. Kari was instrumental in our ability to navigate the fierce competition! She's adept in the subtleties of a very competitive housing market, meaning she is ahead of that competitive pack, working for you in ways a busy family can not. We are so pleased with where we've found ourselves for the next step in our families lives and Kari was pivotal in that move. Thanks so much Kari (and Brad her right hand man), we could not be happier!"
"Kari is super high energy, very responsive and knowledgeable about every detail of Truckee and surrounding area. Always working for you, even when you are not looking at houses." - Brad
