About Katie
Katie Di Mattia (née Spencer), is a New Yorker with unique experience selling New York real estate locally and internationally. As Director of Business Development with the Julia Hoagland Team, her diverse international experience and business acumen from over 12 years in real estate make her an asset to both buyers and sellers. Led by Julia Hoagland, she and her team use a foundation of market analysis to optimize results. The Julia Hoagland Team has received numerous awards including ranking #1 in their office from 2013-2016 and ranking #25 of NYC agents by the Wall Street Journal Real Trends.
Prior to joining , Katie spent four years in Beijing, China as Managing Director of a real estate brokerage firm where she specialized in the sale of Manhattan real estate to Chinese investors. Prior to that, she was a manager with Jones Lang LaSalle Beijing, where she managed multiple corporate accounts, directed leasing transactions, and advised Human Resources on corporate housing policies.
Katie graduated cum laude from Middlebury College in Vermont and received her Master's Degree from Fordham University in New York. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and received the REBNY NYRS credential for her commitment to ethical performance, professional excellence, and continued education. She is proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
