Katy Sullivan

In Spring 2023, Katy joined the Westhoff Group as the Director of Operations/Team Manager. Katy thrives on seeing her agents succeed in a challenging and exciting Chicago Real Estate market and is proud to be part of a team of well-respected, hard-working women. She prides herself on creating a welcoming team environment where everyone is working to become the best version of themselves, personally and professionally. Since 2012, Katy has worked with clients throughout Chicago and the suburbs, buying and selling all types of properties. Although she is in an administrative role, Katy is a licensed agent and is always willing to take on new clients! A lifelong Chicagoan, she grew up in Orland Park and has lived on the northside since 2005. Katy was always drawn to real estate and her education and experience set her up to be a successful real estate agent. Katy loves helping and guiding her clients through the process and being able to play a role in such an important life event is something she will always cherish. Katy's clients have a big advantage due to Katy's deep knowledge of Chicago and how fiercely she advocates every step of the way. Today, she uses her real estate and education experience to manage the Westhoff Group and is proud to set high expectations for the agents and watch them go above and beyond for their clients! Katy currently lives in Wrigleyville with her husband, 150-pound dog and two cats. In her spare time, she is catching a Cubs game, riding her gravel bike, hanging with her family, or cuddling up at home with a good book and all the animals.
