"When we decided to upgrade from a condo to a house I knew I had to call Kaylynn Kelley. We wanted to stay in Edmonds.....and Kaylynn Kelley KNOWS Edmonds!! She knows when to stop and take a look at a house and when to drive right past. She just has that eye for finding a house and knowing that you are supposed to live in it. Her negotiating skills were immensely helpful when we fell in love with a house that we all knew needed some extra love and then again when we were presented with an interesting inspection report. If I ever buy another house (goodness I hope not anytime soon as I just absolutely LOVE the place she found for us!!) I will definitely be calling Kaylynn again."

"Kaylynn Kelly did a wonderful job selling our home. We were moving out of state and had a very small window of time. She took care all the little details associated with sell a home and handle them all. So we could move on to our new home knowing that everything was being handled."

"Kaylynn really knows her stuff and did a great job negotiating. I appreciate that she's down to earth, a great listener and worked hard for me. She also cares about the community. Kaylynn uses her savvy tech skills to market and knows so much about real estate! I highly recommend her."

"Kaylynn is professional, kind and a master negotiator. She will be with you every single step of the way, going way above and beyond what anyone else would. We were both buying and selling. She managed everything smoothly and kept our stress as low as possible. Communication is amazing! She responds to text, emails, and phone calls as fast as possible. When we sold our home she walked us through every step and made the listing for our home look amazing. She helped us find our new home and when an unexpected situation arose she walked us through all the steps and was by our side to reassure us. I would recommend Kaylynn to anyone!"

About Kaylynn

I help my clients go from overwhelmed by the idea of buying and selling to popping champagne and living a life they love in a home they love. Let me guide you step-by-step through the process.

Hi! I'm Kaylynn Kelley & I've been exactly where you are!

I know what it's like to realize the home you've loved and shared so many wonderful memories in just doesn't fit anymore.

Being 'stuck' and overwhelmed. Knowing you need to make a change, but having no idea how or even where to start. Sadly, my husband and I spun our wheels for years trying to solve this issue on our own. I cringe when I think about all the time we wasted.

It wasn't until I was a Realtor again that I really got to work solving the question and creating a process for answering the question 'how and where to start' if you need to buy and sell at the same time.

With the process I created, we bought our forever home and sold the home we'd cherished for so long. Was it bittersweet? Yes. Was it worth it? Even more yes-es!

Moving into the right home and community was life changing. Our new home is our paradise. And, it's the very reason I'm so passionate about helping others do the same.

Using that same process, I've helped clients exactly like you go from being stuck and overwhelmed to popping the champagne and living the good life in their next home.

Things I love:

Sunny Saturdays at the Edmonds Farmers Market. Twice-toasted almond croissants & a triple tall americano from Walnut Street Coffee. Podcasts. Barre3. Sneaking away for a date night with my husband. Sending hand curated 'closing baskets' to my wonderful clients. Giving back to the community.

Things I've Over:

The social media doom scroll. Settling for a home that no longer fits your life. Perfection over progress. Mom guilt.
