About Keith
Backed by more than 14 years of experience, Keith Brown delivers resounding client success with a focus on driving value and cultivating long-lasting business relationships. He's smart, genuine and funny, and his ability to connect with people is second only to his talent for delivering seamless and successful real estate experiences.


Raised in Pensacola, Florida, by a home builder father, real estate has always been an important part of Keith's life. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Houston's Hilton School of Hotel & Restaurant Management. After college, Keith entered the property and facilities management field, first at a global real estate investment trust and later for an international chemical company that occupied over 20 floors in a downtown Houston skyscraper.

Today, as a co-founder of The Brown Group at Compass alongside his wife Katherine, Keith excels at negotiations and developing systematic processes for reaching his clients' goals. He understands that buying or selling a home is likely the largest financial transaction a person will ever make. As such, it must be taken seriously, but that doesn't mean it can't also be fun. Whether he's working with buyers, sellers or renters, in Greater Houston or in Fayette, Washington, Austin or Colorado counties, Keith's No. 1 priority is his clients' complete and total satisfaction.

Keith and Katherine make their home in a Historic Houston Heights bungalow and spend their free time with their two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels at their 100-year-old farmhouse in Round Top.
