Was able to get a great deal at 417k, now they are selling at 485k This was home first property purchases out of state. I’m in NY. Kelby was great in helping me find a home to buy in Miami. Also he was able to find me a renter in two days much quicker than I had expected. Also just recently he was able to communicate with tenant to see if they wanted to renew lease. I don’t speak Spanish. It turned out that I was able to negotiate rent at a higher price. So far this is the best investment ever, especially with the help of leverage using debt. I do suggest anyone looking to purchase to use Kelby as your realtor. Plus the benefit of buying new development, I didn’t need a property manager cause I already had 3 super available if they were any issues.
