Kenny Stevens is a Los Angeles multifamily broker and principal of Kenny Stevens Team at Compass. With 25+ years of experience in the Los Angeles apartment market, Kenny advises multifamily owners, investors, trusts, estates, partnerships, and 1031 exchange clients on property valuations, apartment building sales, acquisitions, and long-term ownership decisions.

After a successful decade at Marcus & Millichap, Kenny and his wife, Heidi, co-founded Prosser Stevens Real Estate Investments, establishing a platform focused exclusively on Los Angeles multifamily investment sales. The Prosser Stevens Team ranked #1 nationally among more than 80,000 Keller Williams agents for multifamily sales in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015.

Today, Kenny Stevens Team has completed more than $2.75B in Los Angeles apartment sales across 675+ closed transactions. That experience gives Kenny a practical understanding of how apartment buildings trade across different Los Angeles neighborhoods, price ranges, regulatory environments, and market cycles.

Kenny’s approach is grounded in precise underwriting, disciplined pricing, direct buyer relationships, and a clear understanding of how investors evaluate Los Angeles multifamily properties. He works closely with owners who are considering selling an apartment building, completing a 1031 exchange, refinancing, repositioning, or continuing to hold. Rather than beginning with a predetermined recommendation, Kenny helps clients understand current property value, buyer demand, potential execution challenges, and the tradeoffs behind each available path.

A Los Angeles native, Kenny graduated cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley in 1990 with a BA in Economics. He is a major donor to The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles and serves as Executive Vice President of The Guardians of the Los Angeles Jewish Home. Outside of real estate, Kenny enjoys tennis, golf, and spending time with Heidi and their two children.
