"Kent was our buyers agent when we bought our first house in Philadelphia. Kent knows everything there is to know about Philadelphia. He was great source for perks and negatives for each neighborhood. He responded nearly in real time, and worked tirelessly to find the homes best suited to our needs. Kent showed us 7 homes in one day, and when we passed the last one (it wasn't on our schedule), he made the call to the seller and got us in to see it immediately. We couldn't ask for a more attentive agent. You won't be disappointed. Thank you again, Kent! "

"I was extremely happy with the service I received from Kent. He guided me through the process of purchasing a rental property. I was able to close in less than two months. I was particularly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness. "

About Kent

Buying and selling a home can seem overwhelming, and I believe that the most important role of an agent is to explain and help guide clients through the process.  A house is a home, but it’s also the largest and most important investment most of us make, and I enjoy helping my clients understand the investment as well as the domestic aspects of property ownership.

Real Estate is in my blood.  My father is an architect, and my family has undertaken historic home renovations.  I was the architecture reporter for the Philadelphia Business Journal and I'm a property owner and investor myself.   My skills and interests is are in historic homes and I love exploring the Philadelphia region’s amazing older properties with clients.

I am a Philadelphia native, but I’ve lived for extended periods in New York City and Washington DC.  My work with clients has taken me to every neighborhood in the city and throughout the region, including Chestnut Hill, Mt. Airy, Fishtown, Passyunk Crossing, Point Breeze, Wyndmoor, and the Main Line.

I also buy and sells antiques and estates and can help in all aspects of the process of transitioning to a new home.
