"I'll admit... i was NOT happy to have to use an agent to find our next apartment. Kevin completely changed my view after going through renting for a decade... and some time looking for a weekend home/buying one. At first when we looked, Kevin showed up to meet us Friday evening before Labor Day (given our rough schedules) and was super pleasant/didn't make us feel bad at all. We didn't fall in love with any place we initially looked at, and he assured us we'd keep looking. He isn't pushy and wants you to truly find what you want.
