15 years Kevin has focused his business on servicing his clients “Before, During, and After the Sale.” He grew his eponymous sales, leasing, and management firm, KG Properties of New York, into a highly successful boutique firm representing over $600 million in transactions, over 11 years. His success led to an acquisition by in early 2018 where he now leads his diverse full service team.
Kevin specializes in investment sales, residential sales, rentals and furnished rentals. He also owns a property management company focused on individual condominium and apartment building management throughout New York City. The KG team includes an investment sales specialist, transaction manager, director of marketing and research, lead leasing agent, and several junior agents. All members are highly skilled in real estate sales and leasing, marketing, and financial analysis.
Kevin brings a hands-on approach to his growing client rostrum of US and international customers, reflecting a customer service philosophy he initially cultivated as a senior accountant at Deloitte and Touche. His attention to detail, client-focused full service model, and genuine care his clients needs sets him apart in making him a sought after industry expert.
Kevin is a member is the NYRS [New York Residential Specialist] executive committee and BNI [Business Networking International]. He has a Bachelors in Accounting from Quinnipiac University.
