About Kim

Kim is no stranger to chasing and achieving big dreams. Growing up in Ontario, Canada the love of the outdoors and sports have always been her passion. At age 13, she achieved her black belt in the Korean Taekwondo Moo Duk Kwan Association, which lead her to the Canadian team trials at the age of 17 to represent Canada for the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul. A total of 120 men and 62 women from 35 nations competed in eight weight classes Kim placed third, a bronze in her division. Only gold went on to represent Canada in Seoul. Even though she did not get the gold, it was an amazing experience that transformed Kim into the person she is today. Passionate. Dedicated. Loyal.

As a young adult, Kim traveled to many resort communities to explore and enjoy the mountains and the outdoors. Ski vacations where a getaway from work life which was as a licensed technician in the dental field. Her travels brought her to Jackson, Wyoming, and the breathtaking Teton Mountain Range. She then learned about Idaho, the Gem State, and Teton Valley, Idaho, on the west side of the Tetons. Having dual citizenship, Kim moved from Ontario, Canada, and made Victor, Idaho her home in 1997. Kim continued a career in the dental field working in Jackson, Wyoming. An opportunity arose in 2004 to pursue a career in Real Estate.

Her introduction to real estate started as a licensed assistant to two successful brokers. With a hard work ethic, Kim then went on to become a business partner with her previous boss and brokerage owner, Brooke Saindon, and they formed the Grand Associates.

Kim is a Real Estate Agent who prides herself in honesty and integrity. She works energetically with clients in Teton Valley, ID, and Alta, Wyoming. She is passionate about Teton Valley and enjoys telling others about the community’s outdoor activities, restaurants, arts, and history that make this such a vibrant place to live.

Live, Work, and Play. “Living” in Teton Valley, Kim is always giving back to the amazing community through volunteering at local events, donating to the local non-profits, and giving a helping hand to others. When she is “Working” in real estate she showcases the small businesses and people who call Teton Valley home through her social media page. When she is “Playing” in the Valley, you will find her out hiking, biking, horseback riding, or snowshoeing.

Kim continues to chase big dreams for herself and her clients. She’s excited to share with you all that Teton Valley has to offer. Kim’s favorite quote is by motivational speaker, Les Brown: “If you do what’s easy - life will be hard, but if you do what’s hard - life will become easy.”
