About Kimberly
Kimberly Lewis joined KG Commercial ("KGC") in 2022 as a Managing Director and Head of Commercial Real Estate for The Koolik Group. She specializes in investment sales and leasing across all asset classes throughout the State of Florida. Kimberly is a founding member of the Commercial Partners Network (“CPN”), a networking and referral group connecting commercial agents within Compass. Since joining KGC, Kimberly has closed over $30 million in leasing and sales transactions.
Kimberly has worked in commercial real estate since 2014. Her career began in New York City at CBRE, analyzing real estate portfolios to determine optimal acquisition and disposition strategies. She then transitioned to mortgage brokerage, working in the Debt and Equity Finance Group at Jones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”). At JLL, Kimberly worked with the most active Capital Markets team in the country, raising over $3 billion in debt and equity for transactions ranging from $5 million to $250 million throughout the United States. She has closed deals across all asset classes and loan types with commercial banks, CMBS, debt funds, and agencies such as Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. After JLL, Kimberly originated construction, permanent, and bridge loans for the U.S. branch of Landesbank Hessen Thuringen Bank (“Helaba”), headquartered in Frankfort, Germany.
Kimberly received a BS with Honors from Cornell University and earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. She is a member of the Cornell Real Estate Council, CREFC, and ICSC.
