About Kimberly
Kimberly Lewis has worked in commercial real estate since 2014. Her career began in New York City at CBRE, analyzing real estate portfolios to determine optimal acquisition and disposition strategies. She then transitioned to mortgage brokerage, working in the Debt and Equity Finance Group at Jones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”). At JLL, Ms. Lewis worked with the most active Capital Markets team in the company. During her tenure there, she raised over $3 billion in debt and equity for transactions ranging from $5 million to $250 million throughout the United States. She has closed deals across all asset classes and loan types with commercial banks, CMBS, debt funds, and agencies such as Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. After JLL, Ms. Lewis originated construction, permanent, and bridge loans for the U.S. branch of Landesbank Hessen Thuringen Bank (Helaba), headquartered in Frankfort, Germany. Most recently, Ms. Lewis originated deals for ThornOak Capital, a real estate advisory and investment firm.

Ms. Lewis received a BS with Honors from Cornell University and earned an MBA from the University North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. She is a member of the Cornell Real Estate Council, CREFC, and ULI.
