Kimberly has lived in the city of Philadelphia since 1988 and currently resides in Fishtown with her husband, their dog Lola and four cats. She loves the diversity and culture of the city and enjoys exploring all the various neighborhoods each with their distinct history and character. Kimberly is passionate about design and urban planning and has significant experience with the city zoning and permitting process. She also volunteers for the Fishtown Neighborhood Association zoning committee.
Kimberly became interested in the real estate market when she bought her first home in Queen Village in 1998. As an architect, she is fascinated with the design challenges presented by living in a dense urban environment and has developed a keen eye to recognize good design, emerging neighborhoods, and real estate development opportunities. Her interest in residential design and desire to work closely with individuals to help them find or build their dream home led her to become a real estate agent.
Kimberly is a partner with her husband at RKM Architects, an award-winning design practice located in Fishtown and the Director of Design at Drexel University. Versed in construction management, architectural design, and development, Kimberly’s diverse background will add value to any real estate transaction.
