Kirt Kingzett has had extensive experience in real estate. He has worked in every facet of the business from residential to commercial to rehabbing to development, lending, you name it. I like guiding buyers through the process to be informed and enjoy buying a property. Kirt has become one of the top producing agents in his third year in the business.
Even with sales, training and awards, Kirt simply wants you to enjoy the real estate process and have you win in the end. He consistently communicates with his clients he wants them to be empowered with education so THEY become the market expert. This approach never fails as the client drives the ship and he guides them along the way. Kirt’s laid-back approach of educating his clients regularly results in referrals as his clients come first.
After working in the mortgage industry as a loan officer, Kirt took courses at UCLA for commercial residential real estate. He realized the importance of the housing market in Los Angeles and the wealth it can build. Owning investment property also gives insight to clients to achieve their financial goals.
Kirt recently moved to Venice beach where he swims in the ocean almost daily. Yes even in winter, and yes it’s cold! He’s met a dedicated group of swimmers that challenge and inspire him to swim in conditions and farther than he ever thought possible. “Living near the beach, swimming with dolphins has changed my life. It’s great to really get to know Venice and the surrounding communities.
Kirt is a big believer in the value of homeownership and the opportunities available in real estate. Consulting with a client on how to maximize a property for sale led to Kirt being asked to do a pilot for a television program on flipping properties. Another producer saw the pilot and liked Kirt’s performance so much that he was asked to host “Beer Nutz,” a series about the craft brew revolution sweeping the country. Kirt can also be seen on an episode of HGTV’s House Hunters. “The entertainment stuff is fun, real estate is my passion!”
