Kiya Bodden

Kiya Bodden is a Maryland native who came to Los Angeles in 2012 with big dreams of a successful career in real estate. She attended SMC where she played tennis and obtained her AA in journalism. Kiya has 4 years of experience in luxury property management in Los Angeles where she was responsible for 218 high-end doors and multiple retail spaces. Kiya comes from an entertainment background as her father is a successful screenplay writer & her stepmom is a highly regarded publicist at a major Hollywood studio. Utilizing her familiarity with millennial consumers, interior design expertise and network in entertainment, Kiya aspires to be a top producing agent & intends to become a developer of her own projects. Kiya still enjoys playing tennis, hiking & her guilty pleasure of watching HGTV.
