In an industry predicated on closing the deal, Kliment has thrived by focusing on two important objectives: building trust and forging meaningful relationships with clients. He started as a real estate investor back in 2014, then he pivoted his career in residential brokerage and had also worked for a large multifamily developer in New York City. He is an owner/investor/landlord and his rental portfolio contains multifamily properties in three US states.

Kliment holds a Masters degree in Real Estate from Baruch College CUNY and speaks five languages. He is a proud member of The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
