"My husband and I were looking for serious fixer uppers, and literally had Kristen driving all over Allegheny county to see them. She was super responsive to phone calls and texts, and she got us in to see houses sometimes within hours of us asking about them - which is a huge deal in such an active market when you're looking for the same houses as cash investors! When we did finally pick one, the seller made things kind of strange, but she helped us navigate that situation and ultimately close the deal.
