Kristine has been trusted to buy and sell luxury real estate for over a decade. With a proven track record of success, Kristine’s straight forward, honest approach and immense knowledge of the local market has benefited numerous home buyers and sellers throughout the years. A lifetime resident of the Pacific Northwest, Kristine has lived in Seattle, the eastside community of Kirkland Bellevue and the quaint coastal towns of Gig Harbor and Olympia. Her first home purchase was a condo on Lake Washington in Kirkland (a fun story she loves to share) while later a move to the waterfront on the Puget Sound. Kristine's real estate career spans over 20 years in residential and commercial sales, marketing and management. Kristine is a graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle and a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority chapter. She has three children, a daughter on the east coast pursuing real estate, a middle daughter applying to medical school, and son who is finishing high school. Raised in a real estate and in the construction family, Kristine enjoys home design, landscapes and architecture. The Pacific Northwest is home as she is part of the swimming, hiking and equestrian community. As a member of the Arabian Horse Association, Kristine has competed nationally in equestrian competitions and enjoyed coaching her daughers in the Arabian horse show industry.
