"Fabulous realtor. Catered the experience to just us when looking for our first home. It’s hard to believe she had other clients with the amount of time she spent with us! Highly recommend to all my friends and family" - Marisa

"Kristine Wade went above and beyond at every part of the process! She is a very thoughtful, responsive, down to earth, fun person to work with and provides great advice. We could not be more pleased with our experience with her and would definitely recommend her to anyone. She is a amazing!"

"Kristine was simply the best! She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Kristine provided expert advice and was our advocate during every step of the transaction. She helped guide us to a strong offer on a "hot" home, ensured the inspection went smoothly and all items were addressed prior to close, and guided us through all of the paper work at settlement. We are so thankful we had Kristine in our corner, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Thank you so much Kristine!!" - kristin

"It is only so often in this life we cross paths with someone extraordinary, and I mean this, and Kris is one of those people. She is a devoted Realtor, an amazing mother, and an awesome wife, and my wife and two boys were lucky enough to have her represent us as new buyers in this area. As a real estate agent, the phone never stops ringing, the texts don't stop chiming, and the emails overflow. She somehow keeps up with all the noise and caters to all of her clients as if they are family. Kris truly cares about the outcome and has her clients' best interests in mind from the relationship's start.

Kris injects so much energy and passion into each home purchase and sale as if it were her own. It is evident beyond what any of us expect with business interactions in today's world. Too often, we interact with professionals who are only concerned about pushing their agenda. Unfortunately, that is the majority of what many of us experience, and we have gotten used to it. It should not be the norm. I am also in the sales industry myself, and I operate much like Kris because taking care of people matters. People want to know they are being cared for, especially in a business experience where their hard-earned money is at stake. Kris immediately puts your mind at ease, and having that level of comfort and support is paramount and makes for a more stress-free transaction and successful outcome. We all understand how stressful the home-buying or selling process can be at times. To have a genuine and skilled person like Kris in your corner will provide you the confidence and comfort you need to push through any of your real estate needs. I thoroughly recommend Kris to be your agent when the time comes; it's an easy decision when you want the best of the best to handle something so significant in your life

Kristine was absolutely wonderful to work with, she paid attention to detail, kept us informed every step of the way and was always available to answer our queries.... did I mention that her selling/buying timing was impeccable!!

About Kristine

Kris has made over sixteen moves throughout her lifetime with the last move relocating her family from Europe to the Charlotte area in 2016. Relocating to a new state or county is never easy, but she understands personally what goes into a move from start to finish making every transaction as seamless as possible.

Kris is originally from Detroit, Michigan where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Development from Oakland University and Master of Arts in Education from Saginaw Valley State University. She worked in the retail industry, then as a high school teacher in Washington DC, and later taught English to students in Russia while living overseas.  In addition to relocation, Kris is also a NC/SC listing and buyer's agent, and has grown a successful business in Charlotte based on past client referrals.

One client said, "Kris is a 12 out of 10. She is a true professional, but also honest, kind and authentic."

Kris offers pre-listing concierge services that includes staging, landscaping, painting, or organizing as well as has an extensive list of contractors available to both her buyers and sellers. Kris is married with four children and has a goldendoodle named Magnolia.  In her spare time she enjoys cooking/baking, being outdoors, and visiting her daughter at the College of Charleston or her son at the University of South Carolina.  After helping a client both buy a new home and sell his existing home he said, "Kris is absolutely stellar," and she promises to live by that with each and every client she has the opportunity to serve.
