Kristy A Garcia

Kristy and her family have lived both in Bronxville and Rye, buying, selling and renting along the way after moving out of New York City. Originally from Connecticut, Kristy has lived in Westchester since 2006, the last 10 in Rye. Kristy brings extensive knowledge of Westchester and coupled with her own experience she dedicates herself to assist her clients in making smart decisions to reach their real estate goals. Kristy puts her clients first and handles each one with patience, responsiveness and integrity.

After graduating with a BS in Marketing and Management Kristy moved to New York City and worked at some of the top investment banking firms, acquiring a problem-solving, self-motivated mindset with incredible attention to detail. After starting her family Kristy has gained extensive knowledge of the public and private schools throughout Westchester and Connecticut and is an invaluable resource for families moving to the area. 

Kristy has a passion for animals, besides having owned 6 dogs over the years with her husband, they started fostering dogs in 2017 and have successfully seen 50+ dogs adopted out of their home. In 2020 Kristy along with a few other rescue partners started a non-profit foster-based rescue group called Sammy's Strays, seeing 300+ lives saved since its inception. 

Outside of work and charity, Kristy can be seen shuttling her 4 children, elementary to high school, to 4 different schools along with a packed sports schedule. They enjoying hanging as a family at Shenorock, taking advantage of living in a waterfront community or making the short commute to Siwanoy where they have been members since their kids were babies.
