In addition, Andrea is fluent in Spanish and has worked extensively in Latin America, including Nicaragua, Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay. She lived in Australia for seven years, where she directed a statewide public health program aimed at improving health outcomes for Aboriginal Australians.
Born and raised in West Los Angeles, Andrea has an intimate knowledge of the City and its Westside, including the neighborhoods and the local schools. She also has the nuanced understanding that comes from a real estate background, her mother has been a successful agent for more than 30 years.
A graduate of Santa Monica High School, Andrea earned her B.A. in Environmental Studies and Community Studies from the University of California at Santa Cruz and her Master's Degree from University of Michigan in Environmental Policy. She and her husband have two young children, one of whom attends Marquez Charter Elementary School in Pacific Palisades. In her free time Andrea and her family enjoy the outdoors, exploring nature and all the area has to offer.
