A Westside native, Bryan McElroy has been a licensed real estate agent for more than 19 years. What sets him apart is his specialization in real estate finance, with nearly a decade as a loan officer with World Savings & Loan, where he funded more than $700 million in real estate transactions. As such, his expertise in real estate financing is a tremendous benefit for his clients. Bryan uses his skills to provide professional service, thorough and constant communication, useful knowledge, and a positive attitude.
"One of the most important aspects of the real estate process is financing," Bryan says. "In today's market it can be difficult to obtain a mortgage, which is a challenge to both buyers and sellers. I use my expertise to keep clients informed throughout the mortgage process, including buyer qualification, negotiations, and the closing process. I am also a problem solver and truly enjoy helping people during a very exciting and emotional time in their lives."
"Bryan brings a great deal to our team in terms of his financing expertise and negotiation skills," said Scott L. Gibson, president and founder of Gibson International. "Our clients value his knowledge, enthusiasm and service orientation. We are pleased to welcome him to our team."
A resident of Pacific Palisades, McElroy knows the nuances of the Westside communities. He attended Palisades High School, Santa Monica City College and University of Texas at El Paso, where he played college football. His father, Dr. Charles McElroy, is a well-known physician who practiced and taught at UCLA Medical Center.
