As a result, you will achieve the highest possible price for your home.
If you are buying, Catherine will take you through the entire process, including recommending lenders and getting pre approved for a loan, determining your budget, lifestyle, and desired areas where you want to live. When you find the home you love, Catherine will submit an offer on your behalf and negotiate diligently to get your offer accepted. She will be there with you through all of the property investigations and, if necessary, negotiate with the sellers for expensive repairs. Finally, you will sign the loan and escrow documents and receive the keys to your new home!
