"In 2016 it took us 8 months to complete the entire journey of selling & buying our next home. A slow market, combined with a very narrow window of what we were looking for (Mid Century Ranch) added time to the process. "What else can I say about Steve and Danielle besides that they are awesome? For one thing, they live up to their nickname, "Agents Who Answer". My emails, texts, and phone calls are always answered quickly. That was important for reasons I'll explain later. From the get-go, they very thorough in answering my questions when I was just starting to think about listing my townhouse and buying in a new neighborhood. After deciding to list, Steve and Danielle quickly got it on the market. This was my first time selling and I had a lot of anxiety, but they always gave me assurances and valuable advice. When I had no offers after just 2 weeks (I know, it's silly to expect that in hindsight), I pondered whether we needed to change our strategy, and they assured me that the offers will come. And what do you know, competing offers after week 3 and we accepted an offer over asking. I was a believer then. Escrow started out smooth as can be, but halfway through the buyer's lender fell out, and the deal was in danger. While I was panicking and losing my mind, they kept cool and aplomb. With quick thinking and decades of experience, they came up with a solution and the deal was able to move forward. Despite that, the deal was still touch and go for a couple of weeks, and during that time the constant communication and updates were the only things that saved my sanity. Who knew real estate agents doubled as therapists? The fact is, they've seen it all, and they dealt with all parties to make sure no detail was missed and that all issues were attended to immediately. In the end, the deal was saved, and I was able to close the sale to a nice young couple. About Danielle

“She got Bono’s attention, can she get yours?”

Danielle is a realtor with more than twenty years of experience in market-ing but grew up in the industry because her mom was a broker. By age 7, Danielle was reading maps, sitting at open houses and even had a dog named Escrow. While her friends played with dollhouses, she created a system for everyone to trade them; this has to be the first dollhouse time-share plan. Real estate is in her blood, marketing is in her brain.

Dedicated, Diligent, Daring & Driven are the most common words used to describe her character. She earned the nickname “Dani go-to Guru” from being a constant reliable source of information and the hub of connections. She prides herself in trying to get things done the right way. In an industry motivated by money, Danielle has the right balance of profit strategy while keeping her clients out of trouble because of her integrity.

Born and bred in “The Valley”, she knows all the neighborhoods in Los Angeles; including which ones are best for those just looking for an investment. She’s a true blue Dodger fan and mega fan of U2; has seen them in concert 44 times and counting. She put her marketing skills to use to make signs that even grabbed the attention of Bono and he has spoken to her during the shows. If she can get Bono to a read a sign, stop, then lean over to talk to her amongst 65,000 people at a concert, imagine what she can do to sell your home.

Sports is her other passion. Danielle was a Pro Downhill Mountain Bike racer, which taught her how to be daring but safe. Nowadays you might see her riding around Los Angeles on her red Vespa with her fiancé, Petra.

Danielle has built a large network of referrals around the world. As much as she values a home, she also loves to travel. She attended college in Cambridge, England. Her family is from New York and extended family lives in Switzerland.
