About Kim

Kimberly knows that knowledge is power.

The San Fernando Valley native is a natural born overachiever who has been a licensed, full-time Realtor for more than a decade. In the last eight years, Kim has had 2 babies and still managed to close 100 transactions with a total volume of $78 Million in sales.

Since knowledge is power, Kim uses legal facts in the contracts to get her clients what they want. She is politely firm in negotiations being a workaholic by nature compliments her business.

Kim services the entire South Bay but the majority of her business is in Torrance and Redondo Beach. Most of her business is from repeat past clients and referrals. She strives to make the buying and/or selling process as effortless as possible for her clients. Her goal at the end of each transaction is to get a testimonial. Kim has a respectable reputation in the industry with other agents and prides herself on being honest and always doing the right thing.

Kim has achieved the remarkable distinction of consistently selling her listings over asking price. Not only is her list-to-sales price ratio 107%, but her average days on market is 9.6. This means that on average, she gets her sellers 7% more than the listed price and opens escrow in less than 10 days on the market.

Kim prides herself on being one step ahead of her clients, anticipating and addressing their needs and questions before the clients even realize that they have them. She also caters her working style to the preferences of each individual client, using the instincts she’s been honing in the sales world since she was fifteen years old.

Kim also picked up many certifications such as the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and E-Pro, Seller Representative Specialist (SRS).

When she isn’t catering to clients, Kim volunteers every week in her daughter's 1st-grade classroom. In her spare time, she enjoys hot yoga and snowboarding. She was on the snowboarding team in college and that is her favorite hobby. She takes family trips to Mammoth two to three times per year and her second favorite hobby is hot yoga.

Kim lives in Torrance with her Firefighter/Paramedic husband, their two young girls, and their 135 lbs Newfoundland dog.
